乐谱特色文献建设及开发的实践与思考——以西安音乐学院图书馆为例

西安音乐学院图书馆通过确立"小而专"的藏书建设思想,实施学科馆员制度,建立特藏专柜,编制系列曲谱索引等措施。在乐谱文献资源建设及开发方面取得成绩的同时暴露出诸如重谱轻书,过分倚重专家、重视高端需求忽视学生读者意见等问题,提醒我们在馆藏资源建设中应该着重培养图书馆的"选书专家",加强与学生读者的交流合作,拓宽渠道搜求文献,才能更好地满足读者需求。

Under the guidance of the concept of book collection of ＂small and professional＂ , the library of Xi＇ an Music college has adopted the subject librarian system, stablishing special collection and compiling the index of serial music scores. Along with the achievements in document collection, some problems, such as： emphasizing on music scores and ignoring books, resting on authorities, paying more attention to the needs of the talented and ignoring students＇ needs, etc. The author of this article reminds the librarians of the of fact that in the construction of resources of libraries we ought to lay stress on the cultivation of ＂books selected by experts＂ , to strengthen the communication and cooperation between librarians and students, and to widen the channel to collect documents so as to meet the needs of broad readers.
