摘要
文章对高校图书馆外文期刊的采访与利用现状进行了调查,分析了目前存在的问题,阐述了具体的外刊工作措施与策略。
The article makes an investigation about the present situation of the acquisition and utilization of foreign periodicals, analyses the existing problems and expounds the concrete measures and tactics about the foreign periodicals work.
