提高我国竞技体育人才利用率的研究

A Study Of Increasing The Use Of Sports Talents in China

运用文献资料法对中国竞技体育高淘汰与人才浪费等问题进行分析。结果显示:高淘汰是国内外竞技体育的普遍现象;中国还存在竞技人才利用率偏低、甚至出现人才浪费的现象;高淘汰和人才浪费并非因果关系。同时对提高中国竞技人才利用率的改革作了思考和展望。

By using the method of literature, the author analyzes the high elimination and waste of sports talents in China. The results indicate that the high elimination in sport is a comprehensive phenomenon in both China and foreign countries. Although there is a serious waste of sports telants in China, the relationship between the high elimination and the waste of telants is not cause and effect. The author therefor makes a consideration and expectation on increasing the use of sports talents in China.
