摘要
运用文献资料法、实验对比、数理统计等方法,对苏州科技学院2007级瑜伽选修班的40名女大学生分为普通组、对照组进行心血管功能指标的测定。结果表明:经过4个半月的锻炼,实验组心血管功能明显优于对照组,说明瑜伽练习可有效改善女大学生的心血管功能。
Using literature method, experimental and comparison mathematical statistics method etc, the authors divided the 40 female college students who came from Suzhou University of Science and Technology Yoga elective class into a general group and a control group, then measured their indexes of cardiovascular function. The results showed that: After four and a half months of training, cardiovascular function in experimental group was superior to the control group. This means that yoga can be effective in improving cardiovascular function of the female college students.
