摘要
使用XSJ-38/6型流量积算仪时,在注水的配注量较低的情况下,信号输入幅度小而使计量精度受到影响。分析知,造成这种现象的原因之一是由于该仪表的控制线路中的电阻(R0)的存在,它可将原信号衰减为67%,导致前级放大性能变差;原因之二是控制线路中的电容(C2)容量小,这样使放大器的通频带受到限制。为此对原控制线路进行改造,首先减小线路电阻去掉R0,其次增大线路电容,将C2的容量由0.047μF改为4.7μF,三为提高放大器的放大能力,在线路中增加了R44的旁通电容Ce。
Using XSJ-38/6 flow intergrating meter if the regulated injection rae is lower, signal input range is less. Analysis knows that there are three reasons caused this: 1, as resistance (Ro) in the control circuit of the meter exists, it can be attenuated to 67% of the origenal result in the forestage amplification gets worse;2, the capacity of capacitance (C2 )in control circuit is smaller, therefore the amplifier's band is limited for this decreasing resistance, remove Ro and then enlarging capacitance, change capacity of C2 from 0 .047 μf to 4 .7μf; 3, raising the amplifier's amplifying capacity, adding R44 bypass capacitance
