实行行政问责制,对行政官员的失职、渎职行为进行追究,是强化领导干部的责任心、转变工作作风、建设服务型政府的重要举措,它对于促进干部能上能下、提高政府的公信力、促进我国的民主政治和社会进步,有着积极和深远的意义。目前我国推行行政问责制仍处于起点阶段,各地的发展也不平衡,存在着行政问责立法滞后、主体不清、标准不一、内容狭窄、忽视常态性问责等问题,因此,必须强化权责对等,加快立法步伐,建立健全行政问责的长效机制,明确问责主体,扩展问责内容,注重问责结果的运用,促进行政问责向制度化、规范化方向发展。
