党的十七大报告首次提出生态文明的概念,建设生态文明是科学发展观的题中应有之义,深刻体现着科学发展观的科学内涵。当前,我国的生态问题比较突出,所以,必须采取有效措施构建生态文明。

The report of the Seventeenth Congress of the CPC bring forward the concept of ecological civilization at the first time, the construction of ecological civilization is the connotation of the concept of scientific development. At present, China＇s ecological problems of the more prominent, therefore, effective measures must be taken to build the ecological civilization.
