摘要
测量流体最传统的方法是体积流量测量法,如若得到质量流量,必须同时测量体积流量和密度,再经过运算才能得到,而且体积和密度的测量受许多因素的影响,如流体的温度、压力、粘度、电导性、流动形状和状态等,会产生较大的误差。而科里奥利力质量流量计可以直接、准确、连续地测量流体的质量流量,也可测量无导电性、粘稠的流动介质。文中以直管形科里奥利力质量流量计为例阐述了直管科里奥利力质量流量计的数学模型。
The traditional method for fluid measurement is volume flow rate measurement. While metering the mass flow, the VFR and density should be measured at the sametime, then through operation you can get the VFR. and the measurement of volume and density may affect by many elements such as temperature, pressure, conductivity,flow pattem and state etc and produces larger errors. But the Coriolis mass flow meter can measure mass flow of fluid directly , accurately and continuously and also can measure the inconductivity , stickiness flow medium.
