摘要
文章以顾客购买心理动机和购买行为的理论为基点,重点分析了在终端导购中,顾客购买过程心理活动阶段及相应的应对方法,同时通过案例加以说明、阐述。并以终端导购的效果(成交)为核心,指出了产品介绍的技巧及快乐导购的步骤,为完善实践性操作环节提供了技术指导与参考。
According to the theory of the client purchase mentality and purchase behavior, analyze the mentality campaign phase of the client and the reply method, explain and expatiate it using the case in the terminal Shopping Guide. Point the skills of the product introducing and approach of the happy shopping guide to afford the instructor and reference for perfecting practicalness operation section.
