摘要
高校图书馆"一站式"服务模式对一线馆员提出了更高的要求,即要转变传统的思想观念和服务理念;加强专业知识和相关学科知识的学习;全方位提升服务水平,以更好的为广大师生服务。
The One - stop service pattern of academic libraries has made higher demands on basic level librarians. That is, the traditional ideas and service conceptions of basic level librarians need to be changed ; the study of professional knowledge and relevant scientific knowledge needs to be emphasized ; and the overall standards of service in academic libraries needs to be improved so as to better meet the need of the teachers and students.
