Lu Jianzeng's Being Sent to Guard the Frontier and Wu Jingzhi's Poem Inscription on the Painting of Mr. Yayu Going out of the Great Wall

清乾隆五年夏五月,两淮盐运使卢见曾负谤获谴戍守军台。时友人高凤翰特绘赠《雅雨山人出塞图》,并有相送者题诗20余首。本文深入探析吴敬梓所题诗《奉题雅雨大公祖出塞图》的结构、内容、思想和艺术特色,且针对学术界关于其诗写作时间的不同意见进行考辨,对题诗后事作了必要交代和思考。

Lu Jianzeng was slandered and sent to guard the frontier in May, in the 5th year of the reign of Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty. His friend, Gao Fenghan drew and presented him a painting Mr. Yayu Going out of the Great Wall, along with over 20 poems by himself. This paper further probes into the structure, content, and ideological and artistic features of the poem Inscription on the painting of Mr. Yayu Going out of the Great Wall by Wu Jingzhi. Meanwhile, it makes textual research into the different views on when Wu＇ s poem was composed in the academic world and explains what happened thereafter as well.
