The history of reactive dyes containing fluorine was elaborated in detail. Advantages and disadvantages of reactive dyes containing fluorotriazine （including composite bifunctional reactive dyes） were emphatically analyzed. The key synthesis technology of containing fluorotriazine dyes was described. The theoretical support was offered to develop this kind of dyestuff in the future.
