摘要
本文合成了苯并二呋喃类染料的基本结构(简称X);将X与两种同类商品染料C.I.分散红356(简称红356)和C.I.分散红367(简称红367)热转移印花(简称热转印)到棉织物上;测定了上色后棉织物的色度参数及皂洗变色牢度;绘制了三种染料的立体结构。通过对三种染料印花后性能的比较,从立体结构等方面进行了比较深入的分析,初步得出:现有商品染料红356和红367难以符合实际应用要求;对基本结构进行改性有望获得牢度优良的红色染料。
The main works finished in this thesis are as follows: basic benzodiazepine furans structure (referred to as X) was synthesized; X and the same type structure dyes C.I. Disperse Red 356 ( red 356 for short) and C.I. Disperse Red 367 ( Red 367 for short) were printed on cotton fabric by heat transfer printing; color chromaticity parameters and soaping color fastness of the printed cotton fabrics were measured; the 3D structures of the three dyes were drawed. Initial conclusions were drawed by comparing their properties and 3D structures. The properties showed that the commercialized dyes ( Red 356 and 367) could not printed on cotton practically; it is possible to get a red dye that has excellent fastness by modifying the basic dye structure.
