介绍了国外石化工业信息技术应用的发展实例及其特点；指出我国石化工业电子信息技术应用水平与国外大石化公司之间的差距。
This paper describes the characteristics and examples for application development of petrochemical information technology abroad and the gap between the China's petrochemical industry and large international petrochemical companies.
