摘要 张力与温度是影响低松弛钢绞线产品质量的重要因素.根据生产工艺,采用欧陆590直流调速器作为传动单元,欧姆龙PLC作为控制核心,选用GPS移动式中频感应加热电源,设计了低松弛钢绞线的生产控制系统.对张力控制的原理进行了阐述,并详细设计了一张电机驱动控制原理图和PLC控制流程图.该设计在满足工艺要求的同时,大大提高了产品质量和工作效率,减少了废品产生率. Tension and temperature are two important factors in the low-relaxation strand quality controlling. According to technological requirements, an electric control system of prestressed steel strand product line of stability treatment is designed, in which SSD DC-590 is used as a drive unit, Omron PLC as the control core and the GPS mobile medium-frequency induction heating power supply as the heating device. The principles of tension control is introduced, a detailed motor drive schematic and PLC control flow chart are given. The product qualities and working efficiency of the design can be improved greatly, waste products decreases.
