摘要
从产业结构与经济增长的关系入手,对河北省经济增长与产业结构的现状及特点进行阐述,并分别运用灰色关联法和回归分析法对河北省1986～2007年的产业结构与经济增长的关系进行实证分析,判断三次产业与经济增长的关联度.根据实证分析结果,结合河北省经济发展的特点与要求,提出优化产业结构、带动经济增长的路径选择,即发挥三次产业联动的整体优化作用;利用比较优势和错位发展,优化产业布局;培育主导产业群,引导产业合理聚集;推进农业产业化发展,提升现代化水平;依靠科技进步,改造升级传统支柱产业;加快发展现代服务业,促进产业结构优化.
The text starts with the relationship between industrial structure and economic growth and makes an empirical research on the industrial structure and economic growth of Hebei province from 1986 to 2007 with the methods of grey relation and multiple linear regression. According to the results, judges the relationship between the three industries and economic growth, and then on the basis of the trait and requirement on economic growth of Hebei province puts forward path selection which aims to optimize industrial structure and improve economic growth, that is how to exert the whole optimization function of the three industries; optimize industry distribution according to comparative advantage and mismatch development; cultivate dominant industry group and induct industries to assemble rationally; develop agriculture industrialization and improve modernization degree; rebuild and upgrade traditional underpinning industries depending on science and technology progress; speed up the development of modern serving industries quickly and optimize industrial structure.
