摘要
某斜拉桥的混凝土主梁底板发生了大面积的纵向裂缝,在分析裂缝成因时考虑了主梁的温度应力、剪力滞和收缩徐变等因素,最终确定温度效应、混凝土的收缩、徐变效应及主梁顶板横向有效预应力不足是该桥主梁底面开裂的主要原因.而使用条件的恶化,包括汽车超载和空气中氯离子等造成的混凝土和钢筋腐蚀等因素,则加剧了裂缝的开展,并形成恶性循环,造成主梁的大面积开裂.
Lots of lengthways cracks appeared in the girder's underside of some cable-stayed bridge. The possible causes of these cracks are discussed, such as temperature stress, shearing force hysteresis, shrink, etc. Results indicate that the temperature stress, shrink and creep and the insufficiency of transverse pre-stress caused the lengthways cracks of the girder. The over loading of traffic, atmosphere pollution deteriorate the employ condition. The interaction of these factors caused the lots of lengthways cracks.
