摘要
为了测定液态六氟化钨中的金属粒子含量,自行设计了一个密闭的半定量取样管路,以准确地完成对六氟化钨中金属粒子的取样。取样完成后,根据各种金属粒子的溶解性质,将所取金属粒子定量转化为待测溶液,然后利用原子吸收光谱法分析高纯(99.999%)六氟化钨中金属粒子的含量。该方法对标准溶液测定结果的相对误差小于10%,RSD小于3%。试验结果证明,该方法可以用于实际六氟化钨产品的检测。
In order to analyze metal granules in super - pure (99. 999 % ) WF6, air - tight, semiquantitative sampling tube was designed. According to different metal granules solvency, the metal granules were transformed into solution quantitatively, then metal granules contents were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS). The method relative error was less than 10%, and RSD was less than 3% for standard solution. Experiment results showed that the method can be used to detect WF6 products.
