摘要
介绍了大排量高压空气压缩机结构设计特点、主要参数以及样机研制和试验情况。该机型在易损件寿命、机组振动、噪声和自控等方面较传统的高压压缩机有显著的提高,样机通过了200h的型式试验和40℃环境条件下的高温试验。
A set of high-pressure air compressor units with large-capacity is concerned. Its characteristics of structure and main parameters was introduced. Furthermore, development and test condition of the simple compressor is also introduced. There is much improvement in aspects of wearing part lifetime, unit vibration, noise and automatic control, compared with the traditional high-pressure air compressor. 200 hours type test and high temperature test at 40℃ has been gone through for the simple compressor.
