摘要
研制了一种新型无单边滑动摆块式汽车差速器,阐述其工作原理和结构设计,加工了试验样机,进行了装车道路试验.结果表明,与常规差速器相比,这种新型差速器结构简单、加工成本低,在道路试验中能够可靠地实现差速工作,在泥泞、湿滑等不良路面上能够有效避免车轮单侧打滑.
This paper developed a new type of no-single-sided-slip swaying block type automotive differential, described the working principle and the structure design of this kind of the differential, manufactured the test prototype, and completed the road experiment. The experiment shows that this new type differential has some characteristics such as simple and reliable structure, low number of parts and low cost, compared with the normal differential, it realizes differential velocity function reliably in the road experiment, and avoids the single-sided-slip of wheels effectively in the in muddy, ice and snow, wet and slippery road.
