农村中学生艾滋病预防教育中的教学与团体活动干预

Teaching and Group Activity Intervention on AIDS Prevention Education Among Rural Middle School Students

摘要 目的了解农村中学生艾滋病预防状况和适宜的教育途径,为制定中学生艾滋病预防教育的干预策略提供依据。方法采用《学生艾滋病预防问卷》,对720名农村中学生艾滋病预防知识、态度、行为和自我效能感进行了问卷调查,并利用教学与团体活动进行干预。结果农村中学生艾滋病预防知识、态度、行为,效能存在正相关,农村中学生艾滋病预防状况存在年级差异;教育途径上采用课堂讲授方式比团体活动的效果更好。结论在农村中学开展艾滋病预防教育可以改善学生的艾滋病预防知识、态度、行为以及效能状态。 Objective To investigate the state of HIV/AIDS-prevention and the suited training approach, and to provide evidence for making intervention measures. Methods By using Questionnaire for HIV/AIDS Prevention of Student,720 students from two countryside middle schools were investigated. The knowledge,attitude,practice and self-efficacy of HIV/AIDS prevention were studied and intervention was conducted through teaching and group activity. Results There was grade differences of HIV/AIDS prevention between grades. Class teaching was better than the group activity for the rural middle school students. Conclusion AIDS prevention education is effective in middle school of countryside, and will improve students' knowledge, attitude, practice and self-efficacy of AIDS-prevention.
