Psychological Characteristic of College Students in Different Grades and Health Education Strategies

摘要 目的了解不同年级大学生的心理特点及关心的主要问题,为健康教育工作提供科学依据。方法采用分层抽样法,抽取吉林地区3所大学一~五年级学生1632名作为调查对象,对学生在本学年最关心的问题进行调查。结果各年级学生的心理特点依次为大一入学迷茫(76.97%)、大二焦虑无助(64.56%)、大三性冲动(56.90%),而大四、大五年级为择业压力(65.44%)。结论应根据不同年级大学生心理特点,进行有针对性的专题健康教育。 Objective To understand different grades college students' psychological character and main problems they cared, and to provide scientific basis for health education. Methods By using stratified sampling method, students of different grades from three universities in Jilin were selected and surveyed for problems which were most concerned in their current academic year, 1632 valid questionnaires were received. Results According to the survey, enrollment confusing ( 76.97% ) was freshmen's psychological character, helpless anxiety (64.56% ), sexual impulses ( 56.90% ) and career choice pressure( 65.44% ) were psychological characters of sophomore, junior, grade four and five students. Conclusion It is necessary to take targeted special health education according to mentality of college students in different grades.
