摘要
采用全自动吸附仪考察了化学超稳分子筛的孔结构,结果表明,NaY分子筛经一定条件改性处理后,可以制得具有发达二次孔结构的超稳分子筛,并且其二次孔分布可以灵活调整,满足不同需要;考察结果还表明:化学脱铝是分子筛造孔的必要条件,水热处理是分子筛造孔的关键步骤。
The pore structures of chemical dealuminated USY were studied by using auto absorption instrument. The result showed that the USY rich in secondary pores or mesopores can be prepared by chemical hydrothermal treatment of NaY under certain conditions, and the secondary pore distribution can be flexibly adjusted to meet the application demand. The investigation also showed that chemical dealumination was the essential condition and hydrothermal treatment was the key step for producing secondary pores.
