抗磨液压油台架试验高压泵摩擦副磨损机理的分析与研究

摘要 抗磨液压油台架试验条件苛刻,造成高压泵摩擦副磨损的因素较为复杂,我国高压泵试验元件的材质、加工及热处理工艺等与进口泵不近相同,因此对摩擦副磨损的评定既要使油品评定结果具有国际可比性,又要能符合我国的实际情况,其磨损机理的分析是试验中重要的研究课题之一。从试验泵的磨损系统出发,结合试验条件和试验结果,对抗磨液压油台架试验高压泵摩擦副的磨损机理作了详细的分析和研究。此项研究不仅为我国抗磨液压油品质量评定提供了分析的重要依据,而且也为高压泵摩擦副磨损评估奠定了理论分析基础。 The harsh terms imposing on the rig test of anti wear hydraulic oil result the rather complicate factors causing the attrition of high pressure pump friction pair. Owing to the fact that the material, machining process and heat treatment technology of the test pieces of domestic high pressure pumps are not quite the same as those of the imported pumps, it is important for the evaluation of friction pair attrition not only to be comparable to the international ones, but also to be in conformity with the actual domestic conditions. So analysis of the attrition mechanism becomes an essential subject of research in connection with the test. Proceeding from the attrition system and taking into account of the actual test conditions and test results, a detailed analysis and study on the attrition mechanism of the high pressure pump friction pair in the rig test of anti wear hydraulic oils are made. This offers an important basis for quality analysis of oil samples in the rig test as well as establishes a foundation for theoretical analysis of evaluation of the attrition of high pressure pump friction pair.
