摘要
按照GB 5749-2006生活饮用水标准检验方法进行地表水中氟化物、氯化物、硝酸盐氮、硫酸盐等阴离子的测定,评估了分析过程中测量重复性、离子色谱标准曲线等因素的标准不确定度,并合成标准不确定度,从测量不确定度角度找出了影响测定准确度的主要因素。氟化物、氯化物、硝酸盐氮、硫酸盐等阴离子的合成相对标准不确定度分别为0.099、0.014、0.019、0.025。
According to GB/T 5749-2006(Standard for drinking water quality),the fluoride,chloride,nitrate and sulfate were determined.The standard uncertainty and the combined standard uncertainty of the repeatability,the standard curve of ion chromatography etc.were studied and evaluated.The main factor influencing the accuracy of measurement was founded,and some effective ways to reduce the uncertainty were provided.The relative standard uncertainty of fluoride,chloride,nitrate and sulfate were 0.099,0.014,0.019,0. 025, recpectively.
