摘要
温度是影响抗菌涂层中抗菌剂扩散的重要因素。制备含相同浓度的乳酸链球菌素(Nisin)的抗菌涂层薄膜,在5,25和45℃下测量不同时间段涂层中扩散出的Nisin浓度,应用费克第二定律获得其扩散系数。结果表明:随着温度的升高,扩散系数也随之增大,并根据Arrhenius公式计算出活化能。
Temperature is an important factor influencing the diffusion of antimicrobial agent in antimicrobial coating. An antimicrobial coating film was prepared containing the same concentration of nisin; the concentration of nisin was measured at different time under 5, 25, 45℃ ; and the diffusion coefficient was acquired by Fick's second law. The result showed that the diffusion coefficient was enhanced with the increase of temperature. The activation energy of the antimicrobial coating was calculated with Arrhenius equation.
