摘要 采用四元件Burger模型对常温下聚丙烯(PP)打包带的拉伸蠕变特性进行了研究。结果表明:Burger模型可以用于模拟PP打包带的短期蠕变行为;瞬时弹性变形系数与应力水平无明显关系;Kelvin模型中延时弹性变形系数和粘性系数以及Maxwell模型中的粘性系数均随应力水平的增加而下降;松弛时间和延迟时间均随应力的增加而下降;拉伸蠕变速率随应力上升而急剧上升,该结论与滞后时间的分析一致。 The four elements Burger model was applied to study the tensile creep performance of Polypropylene (PP) packaging belt. The results showed that Burger model can be used to simulate the short time creep of PP packaging belt; the relation between instantaneous elastic coefficient and stress level wasn't obvious; the delayed elastic coefficient and glutinous coefficient of Kelvin model and glutinous coefficient of Maxwell model decrease with increase of stress level; the relaxation time and delay time decrease with increase of stress; the tensile creep speed increases rapidly with increase of stress level. The conclusion was consistent with the analysis of the lag time.
