摘要
以甲缩醛为桥联剂,自制305有机酸为催化剂,进行了2246合成新工艺研究,优化的反应条件为常压,60~80℃,反应时间5h,对甲酚/甲缩醛摩尔比4.5~6.3。
The catalytic synthesis of 2246 using methylal as a methylenebis agent and 305 organic acid as a catalyst was studied. The results showed that 305 organic acid has good activity and high selectivity.The optimized reaction conditions was as follows: reaction temperature 60~80℃, reaction time 5hours, p - cresol/methylal molar ratio 4. 5~6. 3.
