本文通过对中外主要利益相关者分类的回顾与总结,得出研究利益相关者的分类,要充分考虑企业所处的行业,企业的特征、发展阶段以及企业需求和企业实力这一结论。希望为利益相关者的一步研究提供基础。

After reviewing and summarying the classification of stakeholders ,this study comes into a conclusion that the industry enterprise belonging to, enterprise character, Iifecycle stage, enterprise demand and enterprise strength should be taken full account of in order to reseach the classfication of stakeholders. The aim of this study is to provide basis for the further reseach on stakeholders.
