我国水稻机插秧发展问题的探讨

Discussion on Development of Mechanical-transplanting Rice in China

随着农业工业化和现代化的发展,大力推广机插秧代替传统人工移栽水稻的经济和技术条件日渐成熟,机插秧的发展已成星火燎原之势。如何加快推广机插秧技术,改变我国水稻机械化种植水平低下的状况已成当务之急。为此,在回顾日本等机插稻作发达国家和地区的成功经验,以及我国机插秧发展的历史经验教训基础上,分析了我国机插秧发展面临的机遇和挑战;就目前机插秧如何加快发展步伐提出了一些对策和建议。

Along with the development of the agricultural industrialization and the Modernization,Mechanical-transplanting rice will replace the traditional transplanting rice by hand in our country,the economy and the technology condition for developing the mechanical-transplanting rice are maturing day after day,the development has become the spark to set the prairie afire the potential.How to speeds up the broadcasting and utilizing this technology,changes the low mechanization level of transplanting rice in our country to a high level has become the urgent matter.This article based on both a brief historical retrospect and general investigation of current status of the development of mechanical-transplanting rice both in China and Japan as well as the other mechanical-transplanting rice developed areas,some chances and challenges about the development of the mechanical-transplanting rice was discussed and studied.Some advice and countermeasures about how to accelerate the development of mechanical-transplanting rice in future were put forward.
