摘要
曲柄摇杆分插机构具有结构简单、工作可靠和插秧质量好等特点,在水稻分插机中普遍使用。但由于分插机构做反复式运动必然产生惯性力,机构惯性力引起机器振动,限制了水稻插秧机生产率的提高。为此,对水稻插秧机摇杆式分插机构的动力学问题进行了研究,通过对曲柄摇杆分插机构的动力学分析、推秧过程的动力学分析以及碰撞过程的动力学分析,建立了栽植机构的动力学模型。利用上述方法找到了机器振动的原因,采用曲柄附加平衡块和改变缓冲垫刚度的办法,平衡并减少部分惯性力,提高单位时间工作插次,从而提高水稻插秧机的工作效率。
The crank-rocker style Separating-planting mechanism was found an increasingly wide utilization in the rice transplanter because of working reliability and simple in structure and high quality of rice transplanting.But reciprocating motion of the transplanting mechanism was brought about larger inertial forces.Unceasing vibration can be produced so much so that productivity of rice transplanter was limited.Therefore,this paper discussion concerning dynamic analysis of the rice transplanting crank-rocker style to solves the above problem.The dynamics question of crank-rocker style transplanting mechanism was analyzed in this article consist of the procedure of push rice seedling and collision.The mathematic model of the mechanism was established.The machine vibrates reason was found by use of these ways.The balance weight has attached to crank and the stiffness of bumper has been changed.Inertial forces have been balanced and decreased.The frequency of rice transplanter has been improved,thus raising working efficiency.
