集成式舵轮槽轮穴播器的研制

Development of the Integrated Dibbler with Fluted Seed Roller and Steering Wheel

集成式舵轮槽轮穴播器将槽轮排种器与杠杆式舵轮穴播器进行集成,缩短种子从分种到播种入土的时间和距离。入土成穴器采用动定两瓣结构,动瓣采用摆动从动件盘形凸轮结构,从动件由复位弹簧复位,非打开状态常闭,动瓣在达到最大入土深度后在凸轮切向力作用下按杠杆原理的方式打开,将预先存放在活动鸭嘴中的种子播入土壤。

The new type of dibbler is integrated with fluted wheel feed and lever-type steering wheel dibbler.In this integrated punch planter the time and the distance are shortened that the seeds from seeder into soil.The structure of moving and fixed petals is adopted in the soil opener.The moving petals are fabricated using the structure of swinging follower and disk cam.The swinging follower is reset by return-spring swing,and is frequent close under not open.The moving petals is opened up by the tangent force in the principle of lever while it enters most depth,then the seeds beforehand in the duck-mouth sow into the soil.
