By applying Mo - Ni - Cu - B alloy design , the low carbon high strength bainitic steel plate Q690E is produced with TMCP and tempering process on 4 300 mm medium plate mill with excellent comprehensive mechanical properties after rolling, which establishes the foundation for the development of high strength steel with higher grade and is favorable for improving the competitiveness of the high strength products of the company.
