By applying the advanced Discrete Control System （DCS）, i. e. , the integrated computer technology, system control technology, network communication technology and multi - media technology with friendly man - machine interface and powerful configuration control communication function, the functions of configuration centralized operation management, decentralized control, on -line monitoring and data analysis for the 12 heat treatment furnaces in our department have been achieved.
