单纯主动脉瓣反流患者颈动脉内径及血流变化的研究 被引量:1

Hemodynamic and Diameter Changes of Carotid Arteries in Patients with Pure Aortic Regurgitation

摘要 目的:为间接判定主动脉瓣反流(AR)程度寻找新方法。方法:超声观察AR患者和健康人颈动脉频谱形态;计算直径变化率;分析血流动力学参数。结果:轻、中、重度AR组出现重搏波的概率分别为66%、83%、88%。中度AR组有3例、重度AR组有4例舒张期血流达基线。39%重度AR组患者舒张期血流反向。AR组与对照组相比,EDV下降,S/D、PI和RI增高,直径变化率增高。结论:颈动脉频谱形态和血流动力学变化可提示中重度AR。 Objective:To find a new indicator of aortic regurgitation(AR).Methods:Patients with AR and 20 control subjects were assessed for pulse wave contour,velocity,diameter and other indices of carotid artery.Results:Bisferious waveforms seen in ligh AR group,moderate AR group and severe AR group were 66%,83%,88%,respectively.Three patients in moderate group and 4 patients in severe group had zero level diastolic flow in CCA.Diastolic reversed flow was determined in 7(39%) patients in severe group.Compared with controls ,changes of decreased EDV,increased S/D,RI,PI and shrink ratio were revealed in patients with AR,especially in severe AR group. Conclusion : Pulse wave contour and indices of carotid artery can be used in recognition of AR.
