摘要
企业社会工作是社会工作的一个重要领域与方向。以苏州某台资企业员工为工作对象的研究表明,无论是新员工对企业环境的适应困难,还是员工自身情绪的处理不当,抑或是员工对企业管理者的不满情绪,在在说明企业对于社会工作存在着现实需要。由此要求企业社会工作者努力整合各种资源,培养新员工对企业的归属感,并在实践中通过具体的操作促进劳资关系和谐。
Corporate social work is an important field and orientation in social work. A study of the employees of a Taiwan - capital enterprise in Suzhou shows that enterprises are practically in need of social work in many aspects such as the difficulty of new employees' adaptation to corporate environment, and employees' mishandling of their own emotions or their grievances and complaints against the managing sector. Therefore, it is suggested that corporate social workers should integrate all sorts of resources to cultivate the sense of belonging in new employees and promote the harmony of labor relations through concrete measures in practice.
