随着市场经济的发展,高等职业教育的准公共产品性质、高职院校主体地位的变化以及国家教育投资体制改革等,都决定了高职院校筹资必须走多样化道路。在分析多元化筹资渠道的基础上,强调注意考虑筹资成本、规避筹资风险、提高资金使用效益以及建立有效的筹资组织,以保证高等职业教育健康、稳定的发展。

With the development of market economy, factors like the higher vocational education＇s nature of quasipublic goods, the change of the vocational colleges＂ subject status and reform of national education investment system, determine that fundraising of vocational colleges must be multichannel. Based on analysis of diversified fundraising channels, this paper points out more attention should be paid to considering fundraising costs, evading fundraising risks, improving capital efficiency and establishing efficient fundraising organizations, to ensure stable and healthy development of the higher vocational education.
