The culture of prison under the rule of law is the very content of ruling prison by law, and also is the supplement and perfection to the connotation of ruling prison by law. In our country, its theoretical foundation should combine Chinese traditional culture with foreign legal culture, and should have Chinese characteristics, which is favorable for understanding and carrying forward the culture of prison under the rule of law.
