Cloze Test, one test form in the fourth part of CET-4, remains a difficult part for students. This essay, through analyzing its properties and the main types of questions, puts forward a number of effective problemsolving skills and answer strategy, and based on the author＇s rich teaching practice, sums up some specific teaching strategies in the hope of helping the students improve their performances in CET-4.
