摘要
目的了解首发精神分裂症患者的脑功能变化特征。方法用脑电图机记录了43例首发精神分裂症患者的脑电图变化。结果43例精神分裂症患者中,正常脑电图14例(32.56%);轻度异常脑电图25例(58.14%);中度异常脑电图4例(9.30%),总异常率为67.44%。脑各区脑电图θ、α2波的改变在正常脑电图的患者和轻度异常、中度异常的患者之间存在较大的差距(P<0.01),但是轻度异常和中度异常的患者之间差别不明显。结论从脑电生理角度观察精神分裂症对大脑的损害是有意义的。
Objective To investigate the changes of brain function of schizophrenic patients. Methods The electroencephalogram(EEG) of 43 schizophrenic patients was studied by electroencephalography. Results In 43 schizophrenic patients, 14 had normal EEGs( accounted for 32.56% ) ;25 had slight unusual EEGs( accounted for 58.14% ) ;4 had intermediate unusual EEGs (accounted for 9.30% ) ,the total abnormal rate was 67.44%. The changes in the θ,α2 waves were greatly different in patients with normal, slight abnormal and intermediate abnormal EEGs( P 〈 0.01 ) ,but no difference between the patients with slight abnormal EEGs and with intermediate EEGs. Conclusion To study the injury of schizophrenia on brain based on EEG was helpful in clinical diagnosis.
