小儿过敏性紫癜的观察和护理

Observation and Nursing Care of Children with Allergic Purpura

目的探讨小儿过敏性紫癜的临床特点与护理方法。方法对20例过敏性紫癜的患儿从心理护理,并发症及药物治疗的观察,加强饮食的管理与指导,强调休息的重要性及皮肤护理,做好出院指导等方面进行护理。结果18例再无新的皮疹出现,无腹痛及关节痛时给予出院,2例治愈出院。结论通过及时治疗和精心护理与观察,有利于控制疾病的发展,防止并发症的发生,提高治愈率。

Objective To discuss the clinal characteristic and the nursing method of allergic purpura in children. Methods 20 cases of children with allergic purpura were psychological nursed, the complication and drug treatment were observed, strengthened the management and the instruction of diet were performed, the importance of the rest were stressed and the skin were nursed,then the notes and so on being out of hospital were instructed. Results 2 cases were fully recovered,and 18 cases were discharged with no new skin rash,no abdominal pain and arthralgia. Conclusion The timely therapy,careful nursing and observation were advantageous to control disease＇ s development, prevent the occurrence of complication and eventually enhance the cure rate.
