内江市临床护士工作满意度的调查分析

摘要 目的了解本地区临床护士的工作满意度现状及相关因素,探讨提高护士工作满意度的有效措施。方法采用自行设计的工作满意度量表(8个项目)对200名临床护士进行工作满意度调查。结果临床护士的总体满意度为中度满意。其中,对薪酬福利满意度为低度满意,其余均为中度满意。结论医院管理者需对满意度低的项目采取适度的激励和调整办法,以提高护士的工作满意度,降低护士的离职率,提高护理质量。 Objective To investigate and analysis the degree of job satisfaction among clinical nurses in Neijiang city. Methods 200 clinical nurses were surveyed through self-design job satisfaction questionnaires (8 items). Results The total job satisfaction of clinical nurses were middle, the satisfaction of salary was low degree among all, the others were middle degree. Coneluslon To enhance the job satisfaction of nurses and degrade resignation rate, the hospital administrator ought to be adopted the moderate means of stimulation and adjustment measures to low satisfaction items of clinical nurses.
