胰头占位性病变的超声诊断及临床评价

Ultrasonic Diagnosis and Clinical Evaluation of the Space-occupying Lesions on Head of Pancreas

目的探讨胰头占位的声像图特征及超声临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析了39例经手术病理证实的胰头占位性病变,并结合超声图像和临床资料进行诊断分析和临床评价。结果本组资料的检出率达100%,定性诊断符合率达87.18%。结论超声对于诊断胰头占位性病变具有重要价值,密切结合临床资料及进一步总结分析其声像图特点有助于提高定性准确率。

Objective To investigate the image characteristics of the space-occupying lesions on head of pancreas and the clinical application of ultrasound. Methods A retrospective analysis of 39 cases confirmed by surgery and pathology of pancreatic lesions, combined with analysis of clinical data for diagnosis and clinical evaluation. Results The detection rate of this set of data is 100%, in line with the rate of diagnosis of 87.18%. Conclusion Ultrasound is of great value for the diagnosis of the space-occupying lesions on head of pancreas.
