摘要
目的:从地质角度探讨影响钻井安全的因素,为预防钻井事故和提高工程质量提供地质依据。方法:运用统计分析方法,对104口新钻井质量问题及事故发生的原因进行了综合分析,阐明了影响钻井安全的地质因素。结果:高采出程度、高压注水和井况恶化引起的地下注采关系、油水分布和压力状况的复杂化是影响钻井安全的主要因素。结论:断块油气田开发中后期预防钻井事故、提高质量的主要对策是,综合运用邻井钻井、测井和注采生产动态资料,强化钻井地质研究,准确预测钻遇层系油水关系和压力分布;钻井设计应针对具体区块和层系,适应断块油气田开发中后期储层变化特点。
In order to prevent the accident of drilling and improve its engineering quality, some geologi-cal factors which affect the safety of drilling are discussed in the paper. By analyzing, consider that the primary factors include recovery percent of reservoir, injecting water in high pressure and the worse conditions of the well, which caused the complication of injection-production ration, oil-water distribution and pressure status. The paper points out that we should synthetically utilize the data of drilling, logging and the produced performance data in neighboring wells,reinforce the geological research of drilling,accurately predict the oil-water ration and the distribution of pressure in drilling intervals to prevent the drilling accident and improve its engineering quali-ty when a fault-block oilfield has been developed into the latter time. The drilling design should base on the spe-cial blocks and formations suit to the changing characters of reservoirs.
