大庆减压馏分油脱除碱性氮化物 被引量:7

摘要 大庆油是高氮、低硫原油,因此,大庆润滑油基础油的氧化安定性差,达不到基础油的指标。研究了加入脱氮剂脱除油中碱性氮化物的方法。精制过程中,在不改变工艺,不增加设备的情况下,加入02和05脱氮剂。实验结果表明,大庆减二、减三、减四线馏分油精制后,脱氮率均在90%以上,旋转氧弹值在220min以上。该方法适用于大庆润滑油基础油的精制。 Daqing crude oil is of high nitrogen and low sulfur,so the oxidation stability of basic oil of its lubricant is poor and can't meet the quality standard of basic oil. We have studied the following method to remove basic nitride from basic oil by means of adding denitrification agent to it. The experiment shows that the No. 2,No. 3 and No. 4 side products of vacuum are refined under the condition of containing 0.2%~0.5% denitrification agent in the material and the original technology and facilities,90% nitride can be removed and rotary oxygen bomb value can reach 220 min or more. This method is applicable to the refining of basic oil of Daqing's lubricant.
