摘要
Flash Video(FLV)作为一种新的视频格式,具有压缩率高、解码快、图像质量好的特点,在网络上十分流行,已成为网络视频的主流格式。FLV视频的制作十分方便,具有多种灵活的形式。在教学中,FLV视频的应用前景也是十分广阔的。
FLV （Flash Video）is a new form of video frequency, with the characters of high compression ratio, quick decoding and high quality of pictures. It has become one main form of network video, very popular on the Internet, Its making is very simple with a variety of ways and the application of FLV is also broader in the teaching.
