原油经微生物降解后组份变化研究 被引量:2

The Study of the Change of Crude Oil Components after Degradation by Microbes

摘要 为筛选复合菌优良菌种,探讨了经不同微生物降解后原油的组份变化。在试验条件下选用5种不同的菌种LH1、98-25、W4、r1、MBS,以新疆油田原油K92为唯一碳源,在37℃时摇床培养10d,测定了培养液表面张力,并对微生物作用后的原油全烃气相色谱进行了分析,用内标法分析了正构烷烃的分布。研究发现,菌种MBS、W4和98-25表面张力值下降比较明显,从65.1mN/m分别降到55.4mN/m、56.2mN/m和58.1mN/m,依次下降了14.90%、13.67%和10.75%;全烃分析发现MBS和r1为良好的烃降解菌株,LH1对C14~C28烃有较好的降解优势,98-25对C29~C31烷烃有较好的降解优势。 In order to select excellent strains for complex microbial strains study,the change of crude oil components after degradation by different microbes was probed into.In the laboratory condition,five kinds of strains LH1,98-25,W4,r1,MBS,which can use the Xinjiang crude oil K92 as the sole carbon source were choosed,and they were incubated ten days at 37℃ in the shaking table.The surface tension of cultivation liquid was measured and the oil after biodegradation was studied by GC,at the same time,the distribution of n-alkanes was analysed by internal standard method and the degradtaion rate of each component was studied.The results show that reduction of the surface tension of bacteria MBS,W4 and 98-25 is obvious and they are reduced from 65.1mN/m to 55.4mN/m、56.2mN/m and 58.1mN/m and reduce by14.90%、13.67%和10.75% respectively;the bacteria of MBS and r1 were good hydrocarnon degradation strains,and the bacteria of LH1was of better advantage to degrade C14~C28 alkanes and 98-25 is of better advantage to degradae C29~C31 alkanes.
