关于中小型炼油厂烯烃化工综合利用的探讨

目前，我国中小型炼油厂数量多、分布广、效益差，生存能力欠佳。扩大并利用炼厂烯烃资源,采用柔性化的设计思想，使生产装置柔性化，生产对市场具有较强应变能力的特色产品，是一条提高经济效益增强企业生存能力的积极有效的途径之一。本文就如何加强烯烃资源的化工综合利用，从资源、市场、技术、经济几方面，论述了实现这一途径的可行性和需采取的措施。

At present, there are many medium and small-sized refineries with wide distribution, low benefits and poor survival capacity at home. We should enlarge and utilize olefin resources, and adopt flexible design concept to make the production units flexible. Producing characteristic products with the high response ability is one of the active and effective ways to improve economic effects and increase the survival ability of enterprises. Concerning on how to sbengthen the chemical comprehensive utilization of olefin resources,this paper discusses the feasibility and the necessary measures in the aspects of resources, markets, technology and economy.
