行业高职院校实施“双证书”制度的实践与探索

Practice and Reflections of Promoting Double-Certificates System in Higher Vocational Institutes

本文阐述了行业高职院校实行"双证书"制度的必要性,以广州民航职业技术学院为例,总结了实行"双证书"制度的若干经验,提出了尽快推行就业准入制度、充分发挥行业的作用、建立专兼职教师结合的"双师结构"教师团队的发展策略。

The necessity of double-certificates system in higher vocational institutes is dealt with in this thesis. With a case study of Guangzhou Civil Aviation College, some experience of double-certificates system is summed up and some strategies are put forward such as enforcement of employment access system, giving frill play of the related industries, establishment of a team made up of faculties with double credentials.
