The Requirement for Continuous Mind Emancipation on New Historical Horizon

继续解放思想是我们适应新形势、应对新挑战、认识新事物、完成新任务的根本思想武器,也是贯穿邓小平理论、"三个代表"重要思想以及科学发展观等重大战略思想的灵魂。要落实好十七大提出的新任务,落实好广东省委提出的"争当实践科学发展观的排头兵",落实清远市委提出的创建省"文明城市"的新蓝图,就必须在新的历史起点上继续解放思想。

Continuous emancipation of the mind is our ideological weapon which can lead us to acclimatize ourselves to new situation, to face up to new challenge, to understand new occurrences, to accomplish new mission; continuous emancipation of the mind is also the spirit essence of DengXiaoping Theory, the thought of Three Represents and Scientific Outlook on Development. We will keep on continuing the emancipation of the mind on new historical horizon, accomplishing new mission put forward by 17th CPC National Congress, being the leader in term of practicing scientific outlook on development by Guangdong Provincial Party Committees, to obtain the tide of Civilized City of Guangdong province which is called for by Qingyuan municipal Party committee.
